BokharSazeh vertical steam boilers come with a standard plate and are manufactured in capacities ranging from 50 to 200 kg/h.
Features of BokharSazeh Vertical Boilers:
- Standards: These boilers are designed with a vertical structure in accordance with international standards (BS2790) and the Iranian national standard (ISIRI 4231).
- Application: Ideal for low-capacity, low-pressure steam production.
- Materials: The body, furnace, reversal chamber, and fire tubes are constructed using seamless fireproof steel (DIN17175-St35.8), supported by chemical analysis and mechanical test certifications.
- Welding Quality: All welding is performed via submerged arc welding, complying with EN288 standards, after WPS and PQR approval by the National Standards Organization. Welding is performed by certified professionals and verified through rigorous UT and VT inspections.
- Electrodes: High-quality E6010 and E7018 electrodes are used for root and completion passes.
- Pressure Testing: All pressure-bearing welds undergo non-destructive testing (RT, UT, and MT), followed by a final hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the design pressure.
