The Mechanical Room: The Heart of a Pool
The mechanical room is the heart of a swimming pool, housing a collection of pool equipment essential for water purification, heating, ventilation, and climate control. It must be designed to ensure the efficiency and safety of the equipment, while also facilitating ease of repair and maintenance, making it the most crucial section.
These facilities include: Steam boiler, hot water boiler, sand filter, burner, heat exchanger, jacuzzi circulation pump, resin water softener, coil tank, and more.
Importance of Heating:
If your pool water is cold, you will likely not swim much, especially during colder seasons. Therefore, it is best to procure an efficient heating system from Bokharsazeh.
Primary vs. Auxiliary Equipment:
Generally, pool facilities and equipment are divided into two main categories: primary and auxiliary. Primary pool equipment includes heat exchangers, boilers, pumps, various filters, coil tanks, etc. On the other hand, specialized cleaning brushes, lane ropes, thermometers, insect traps, etc., are considered auxiliary pool equipment. We are manufacturers of primary pool facilities.

Initiating Pool, Sauna, and Jacuzzi Design:
First, you need to determine the location for the pool construction.
What space and dimensions have you allocated for the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi?
Is your chosen location indoors or outdoors (e.g., garden, etc.)?

Selected Projects & Clients
This type of steam boiler is typically used for large sports complexes or areas with sufficient space. In a wet sauna, the temperature ranges between 42 to 56 degrees Celsius. If the equipment is selected correctly, it will reach the desired temperature and produce steam quickly. Otherwise, it will take a long time. Bokharsazeh’s steam boilers are standardized with various capacities and are of high quality.
Swimming Pool Hot Water Boiler
(3-Pass Firebox Hot Water Boiler – translating the specific descriptor)
Open-air pool water is heated by sunlight in summer, but indoor pools are not suitable for swimming even in summer.
There are various types of hot water boilers for pools. The number of smoke passes refers to how, after the burner ignites and heats the water, the generated hot air travels through the boiler one or more times, losing heat before moving towards the chimney. Hot water boilers are categorized based on the path the hot air takes within the boiler.
Features of Bokharsazeh Pool Hot Water Boilers:
- High Efficiency
- High Safety
- Low Costs
- Space-saving
- Warranty and After-sales Service
Selecting the Right Hot Water Boiler for a Pool:
- Pool Thermal Capacity: You can determine your required thermal capacity based on whether the pool is indoor or outdoor, water flow rate, and the desired temperature.
- Number of Smoke Passes: Three-pass hot water boilers have higher efficiency than two-pass ones, but the choice should be made according to the pool’s space and size.
- Hot Water Boiler Material: Both steel and cast iron materials are available. It is worth noting that steel boilers can withstand higher pressures and exhibit greater resistance to thermal stresses at lower pressures, which is crucial for ensuring environmental safety.
Coil Tank & Heat Exchanger:
The most common method for producing domestic hot water and storing it is using a coil tank. A heat exchanger for a pool must be able to bring the pool water to the appropriate temperature during startup and compensate for heat losses during operation.
Swimming Pool Sand Filter:
A swimming pool sand filter is a mechanical device for purifying pool water. It is a cylindrical or cubic device containing fine sand grains. Pool water is transferred to the sand filter via a pump and passes through the fine sand grains. Suspended particles and impurities adhere to the sand grains during this process, and the filtered water exits the filter.
Heat Exchanger Importance:
The pool heat exchanger is one of the most important components of recreational, therapeutic, and diving pools, and even jacuzzis. The function of a heat exchanger is to equalize the pool’s temperature by creating a flow between two hot and cold water zones, thereby balancing the pool water temperature.
