2. Fabrication: The combustion chamber and furnace core are rolled and welded.
3. Assembly: Internal components are assembled and mounted onto the chassis.
4. Fan Installation: The fan is mounted at the rear of the unit.
5. Burner Mounting: The burner is installed at the front.
6. Air Ducting: Air transfer vents are positioned above the burner.
7. Insulation: The internal furnace structure is fully insulated.
8. Surface Coating: Metal parts are painted to ensure durability and corrosion resistance.
9. Finishing: The unit is fully encased with outer panels.
10. Electrical System: Installation of all electrical components and controls.
11. Final Labeling: Specification plates are attached.
12. Quality Control & Packaging: Final inspection followed by professional packaging.
